John Biggins at Aerta is brilliant. His ability to translate my half-baked, technophobe’s requests into beautiful web design is really impressive. The ‘after-care’ is terrific too: speedy updates, insider knowledge of the sector we work in, creative responses to my queries and superb suggestions for including new material and expanding the reach of the site. I’ve recommended him to tons of friends and they’ve all been delighted. It’s fascinating to see the results: how individual each design is and how much it reflects the personality of the client.
