John at AERTA Creative designed a new website for me from scratch, and he made the process extremely stress-free. I wasn’t always sure of what I wanted, and I’m extremely grateful that John was so patient and constructive. He also tactfully pointed out when some of my suggestions weren’t consistent or logical, but always left final decisions with me (I invariably ended up agreeing with his guidelines each time!) I also appreciate that John explained everything in an easy-to-understand way and gave me clear instructions how to post and keep my website up to date. He was very patient when waiting for edits but gave me the required nudge to keep me on track and accountable. The process was seamless, and he answered all my questions in a timely and helpful manner. I highly recommend working with John. I am delighted with the final result.
