Having set it up originally, John has recently given my website a sparkling new look, with easy-to-find information arranged in a number of clearly distinct categories that even an old geezer like me can find his way around with ease. It was important to me that, not being amongst the most computer literate of people, I was able to communicate with someone like John who was both patient when necessary and speedy to respond.
